The blend we use in the “help me, i’m feeling under the weather” is
Eucalyptus - head clearing, kills 85% of bacterial, sinus clearing
Tea tree - antibacterial, antiviral and antiseptic, perfect to help fight infections
Peppermint - clears airways, soothes achy muscles and improves your wellbeing
Lavender - anti-inflammatory, antiseptic, antimicrobial, antiviral, relaxing
Tangerine - uplifting, refreshing and calming
We use organic carrier oils of jojoba, apricot kernel and grapeseed in our massage oils, it is easily absorbed by your skin, leaves no sticky residue and leaves your skin soft and silky after your shower. By applying the massage oil before bed, you will inhale the scent whilst you sleep, keeping you nose unblocked so you get a good nights sleep.
A good bedtime routine is healthy, our body repairs during the night, we have designed the perfect routine for you.
Body brushing before your shower helps to exfoliate your skin and boost circulation, removing toxins and delivering fresh nutritious blood to your organs. Brush in an upwards direction gently then after your shower, apply the massage oil to replenish your skin. Drink plenty of water and relax with a good book. The candle is hand poured using organic essential oils and an eco soy wax, you dont need to light the candle to benefit from the oils, but if you do, please do not leave a lit candle unattended or in easy reach of children or animals. Keep away from flammable surface or materials, the tin may get hot.

The Breathe Easy Balm is made with organic Illipe butter, Rosehip Butter, Berry Wax and Apricot Kernel Oil along with our “help me , i’m feeling under the weather” essential oil blend as above. To use, simply apply a small amount to your chest so that you breathe the calming scent. You can add the balm to your pulse points too
Please always perform a patch test before use. We have included a wooden spatula to use with the balm. Store in a cool place, if the balm becomes runny, leave in the fridge for an hour.
The final item in the box is the Mindfulness Guidance card, there are two meditations that will help you to relax and unwind.
Massaging your face when you have sinus pressure is very beneficial
place your ring finger on each side of your nose and inner corner of the eye, and press gently for 15 seconds
then press down alongside your nose slowly for 10 seconds
move under your cheekbone towards your ear on the last sweep down
We are EFT practitioners, by tapping the area, gently, where your cheekbone meets your nose for about a minute. You may feel a sensation of unblocking and your nose may run.
Massage, in one movement using circular movements, down the line from behind your ear, under your jaw and towards your chin.
Finally, practise alternative nostril breathing. Close one nostril, say left, exhale completely using the right nostril, unblock left nostril (and block right nostril) and inhale using your left nostril. This helps you to relax, lower your stress levels and feel calm
