This candle is for anyone who loves time spent walking along the seashore. We have created a new blend, “help me have some beach therapy”.
We have blended organic essential oils of Maritime Pine, Rosemary, Lemon, Ylang Ylang and Sea Salt with a sprinkling of dried organic seaweed powder, this gives the candle a beautiful sea green colour, topped with a little sea salt and the candle is made. Made with an eco soy wax and a cotton wick, this Beachcombers Soy candle is truly special and we are very pleased to say that £1 from every candle sold goes to support Project Seagrass, as for a healthy sea, you need a healthy sea meadow.

This candle is very special. The scent is fresh, uplifting and invigorating, just like a day spent at the beach. You return with salty skin, wild hair, and an energy that is just perfect, everyone is smiling, with sandy toes and sunkissed skin. How could we capture this in a blend? Well, it took many experiments then slowly “help me have some beach therapy” began to form.
No one wants a home to smell of seaweed yet when you arrive at the seaside, we all take a big breath in and instantly our shoulders drop. Yes, I admit I feel a strong magnet drawing me to the sea, we spend many wonderful days and weekends on Anglesey, North Wales.

We are also very passionate about protecting our sea, we are island people so the ocean is super important but it is struggling due to over fishing, far too many using the rivers as sewage dumping grounds, which leads into the sea causing a change to the chemical basis of the sea, this kills flora and fauna and of course a massive plastic problem. Dredging the seabed, damage from boat anchors are damaging the precious seagrass meadows. We are proud to support the vital work that Project Seagrass does to protect, rebuild and maintain our seagrass meadows around the UK. So, we are going to donate £1 from every sale of this Beachcombers Candle to them
Our 150g candles have a burn time of around 35 hours.
When you light your soy candle for the first time, it is important to allow the complete top surface of the candle to completely melt, from edge to edge. If you only allow the top layer to partially melt, the wax will remember this and will only burn the same area causing “tunneling”, this is known as a “memory ring”. We suggest a maximum burn time of 3 hours and please trim the wick and remove any debris from the previous burn. Never leave a lit candle unattended, in easy reach of children and animals. Keep away from flammable materials and surfaces. Tin may get hot.
