The Balance Balm is made with organic Illipe butter, Rosehip Butter, Berry Wax and Apricot Kernel Oil along with our “help me , apparently i need to chill out” essential oil blend as above. To use, simply apply a small amount to your chest so that you breathe the destressingg scent. You can add the balm to your pulse points too
Please always perform a patch test before use. We have included a wooden spatula to use with the balm. Store in a cool place, if the balm becomes runny, leave in the fridge for an hour

Palmarosa - with the scent of a spicy rose, it is excellent at helping your mind and body relax. Wonderful to rebalance hormones, PMS, calm an anxious mind
Geranium Bourbon - floral fresh notes help your body unwind and forget about the day. This oil has anti-depressant properties. So good for our skin too!
Lavender - the best-known essential oil to help us relax, powerful anti-depressant properties, and very calming for our mind. Smells amazing too
Ylang ylang - helps to lower blood pressure, increase our libido and lower anxiety levels
We use organic carrier oils of Jojoba, Apricot Kernel and Grapeseed in our massage oils, they are hydrating, easily absorbed into the skin and will leave your skin soft and smooth without any stickiness.
HOW TO USE THE BOX
Learning how to relax again, properly internally, is the most important promise you can make to yourself. Too many people struggle to feel completely at peace. This Balance Wellness Therapy Gift Box has everything you need to get started.
We begin with making a pledge to spend time for self care. Before you shower, bodybrush lightly in an upwards direction to not only exfoliates your skin but to increase circulation. This removes toxins but also will deliver fresh new blood to your organs and tissues.
After your shower, massage the oil into your skin and relax with a good book and a glass of water. We have included a soy candle to help you relax, you don’t need to light the candle, the essential oils will diffuse around you.
In the box you will find a mindfulness meditation guidance card, try and practise the meditations daily to begin with, to programme your mind and body to let go.

Deep Breathing
Focusing on your breathing, it enables us to release the tension within our body.
1. Place your fingers lightly on your diaphragm, just beneath your rib cage above your waistband and feel the movement as you breathe.
2. Inhale slowly through your nose or mouth, directing the air to your diaphragm. The diaphragm will move forward but your shoulders and upper chest should not move at all.
3. Hold the inhaled air for three seconds.
4. Exhale slowly, counting to ten
repeat this exercise daily until you are able to exhale, counting to twenty.
